Exchange Policy: Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery in case of a manufacturing defect, wrong item received, or damage during transit. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products such as earbuds, AirPods, and personal audio accessories are not eligible for return once opened or used.
